The Hoffman CSD483612 Concept™ wall-mount enclosure measures 48.00 x 36.00 x 12.00 inches and is constructed from steel with a gray finish, making it suitable for machine control applications. This enclosure features 14, 16, or 18 gauge steel with seams that are continuously welded and ground smooth. It includes corner-formed doors, simple hinge pins with a built-in captivation clip for easy removal and installation, high-torque threadless studs and fasteners on the door, and a minimum-width body flange that allows for a maximum door opening of 210 degrees. Additionally, the design incorporates hidden hinges, a seamless foam-in-place gasket, and a quarter-turn slotted latch. For added convenience, the enclosure has panel mounting studs for optional Concept panels and other accessories, along with mounting holes in the back for optional external wall-mount brackets. The doors are interchangeable and can be easily removed by pulling clip-style hinge pins. It also features a grounding stud on the body, bonding provisions on the door (except for window-door models), and provisions for a thermoplastic data pocket on the right-hand hinged door of two-door models. The hardware kit includes panel mounting nuts, grounding hardware, and sealing washers. Single-door enclosures have a three-point latch system where the height is equal to or greater than 42 inches, while window-door enclosures boast a clear polycarbonate window that is flush with the door surface. The mounting frame on flush-mount enclosures extends completely around the unit, and two-door enclosures have an overlapping door design for full-width access, with a three-point latch system on the right-hand hinged door.
