The Hoffman CSD483612LG Concept™ wall-mount enclosure measures 48.00x36.00x12.00 and is designed for machine control applications, featuring streamlined styling, flush quarter-turn latches, and a durable finish. This enclosure is available in solid or window single-door and two-door landscape configurations, as well as flush-mount and sloped-top versions, offering flexibility for application and mounting. The two-door landscape models allow for full-width access and facilitate easy panel installation. Key attributes include construction from 14, 16, or 18 gauge steel, continuously welded seams that are ground smooth, corner-formed doors, and easy-to-remove hinge pins with built-in captivation clips. Additionally, it features high-torque threadless studs and fasteners on the door, a minimum-width body flange for maximum door opening (210 degrees), external formed body flange, and mounting holes in the back for optional external wall-mount brackets. The enclosure includes hidden hinges, interchangeable doors, a seamless foam-in-place gasket, and quarter-turn slotted latches. Doors wider than 30 inches are equipped with a door alignment device. For enclosures with a height of 60 inches, four hinges are included, and there are grounding studs on the body along with bonding provisions on the door (except for window-door models). It also has provisions for a thermoplastic data pocket on the right-hand hinged door of two-door models, and the hardware kit comprises panel mounting nuts, panel grounding hardware, and sealing washers. Single-door enclosures have a three-point latch system on models where the width is equal to or greater than 42 inches, while window-door enclosures are equipped with a clear polycarbonate window that is flush with the door surface.
