Concept™ enclosures are designed for machine control applications, offering streamlined styling and a durable finish with flush quarter-turn latches. The enclosures are available in solid or window options, in single-door and two-door landscape configurations, as well as flush-mount and sloped-top versions for versatile application and mounting flexibility. Two-door landscape models ensure full-width access and facilitate easy panel installation. Key features include 14, 16, or 18 gauge steel construction, continuously welded seams, corner-formed doors, and easy-to-remove hinge pins with built-in captivation clips. High-torque threadless studs and fasteners are utilized on the doors, while the minimum-width body flange allows for a maximum door opening of 210 degrees. Additional attributes include an external formed body flange, panel mounting studs compatible with optional Concept panels and accessories, and mounting holes in the back for external wall-mount brackets. The design features hidden hinges, interchangeable doors that can be removed using clip-style hinge pins, a seamless foam-in-place gasket, and quarter-turn slotted latches. For doors wider than 30 inches, there is a door alignment device, and four hinges are utilized in 60-inch-high enclosures. The body includes a grounding stud and a bonding provision on the door (except for window-door models). There are provisions for a thermoplastic data pocket on the right-hand hinged door of two-door models. The hardware kit comprises panel mounting nuts, grounding hardware, and sealing washers. Single-door enclosures feature a three-point latch system when the height is equal to or greater than 42 inches, while window-door enclosures include a clear polycarbonate window flush with the door surface. The mounting frame on flush-mount enclosures extends completely around the enclosure, and two-door enclosures feature an overlapping door design for full-width access and a three-point latch system with a flush slotted insert on the right-hand hinged door.
