The Hoffman CSD363612 Concept™ wall-mount enclosure measures 36.00 x 36.00 x 12.00 inches and is constructed from gray steel. Designed for machine control applications, this enclosure features a streamlined styling with flush quarter-turn latches, providing an attractive and durable finish. It is available in solid or window single-door and two-door landscape options, including flush-mount and sloped-top versions to accommodate various applications and mounting needs. The two-door landscape models offer full-width access and facilitate easy panel installation. Key features include construction from 14, 16, or 18 gauge steel with continuously welded seams, corner-formed doors, easy-to-remove hinge pins with a built-in captivation clip, and high-torque threadless studs and fasteners. The minimum-width body flange allows for a maximum door opening of 210 degrees, while the external formed body flange and panel mounting studs are compatible with optional Concept panels and accessories. Additionally, there are mounting holes in the back for optional external wall-mount brackets, hidden hinges, and interchangeable doors that can be easily removed. The enclosure also includes a seamless foam-in-place gasket, quarter-turn slotted latch, a door alignment device for doors wider than 30 inches, and four hinges on 60-inch-high models. Grounding provisions and a hardware kit with panel mounting nuts, grounding hardware, and sealing washers are included, while single-door enclosures that are 42 inches or taller feature a three-point latch system. Window-door models come with a clear polycarbonate window that is flush with the door surface, and the mounting frame on flush-mount enclosures completely surrounds the enclosure, providing an additional robust design.
