This enclosure includes a chain-secured, lift-off clamp cover that meets basic functionality requirements for housing controls and instrumentation. It is constructed from either 16 or 14 gauge steel, with seams continuously welded and ground smooth. Key features include external screw clamps, a bonding provision on the cover, and a chain that holds the cover to the box when removed. It is equipped with an oil-resistant gasket, weldnuts for mounting optional panels and terminal block kits in sizes 6.00 x 4.00 in. (152 x 102 mm) and larger, as well as external wall-mounting brackets. Warranty information is provided for the enclosure.
