Concept™ enclosures are designed for machine control applications, featuring streamlined styling, flush quarter-turn latches, and a durable finish. The enclosures are available in solid or window single-door and two-door landscape configurations, including flush-mount and sloped-top versions, ensuring flexible application and mounting options. The two-door landscape models offer full-width access and facilitate easy panel installation. Constructed from 14, 16, or 18 gauge steel, the enclosures have continuously welded and ground smooth seams, corner-formed doors, and easy-to-remove hinge pins with built-in captivation clips. They include high-torque threadless studs and fasteners, a minimum-width body flange for maximum door opening (210 degrees), an external formed body flange, panel mounting studs that fit optional Concept panels and accessories, and mounting holes in the back for optional external wall-mount brackets. The hidden hinges and interchangeable doors can be easily removed using clip-style hinge pins, while the seamless foam-in-place gasket and quarter-turn slotted latch(es) enhance security. Additional features include a door alignment device on doors wider than 30 inches, four hinges on 60-inch-high enclosures, grounding stud on the body, bonding provision on the door (except window-door models), provisions for a thermoplastic data pocket on right-hand hinged doors of two-door models, and a hardware kit comprising panel mounting nuts, grounding hardware, and sealing washers. Single-door enclosures have a three-point latch system for sizes A equal to or greater than 42 inches, while window-door enclosures offer a clear polycarbonate window that is flush with the door surface. The mounting frame on flush-mount enclosures extends completely around the enclosure, and two-door enclosures feature an overlapping door design for full-width access along with a three-point latch system on the right-hand hinged door, complete with a flush slotted insert.
