Concept™ enclosures are designed for machine control applications, featuring a sleek design with flush quarter-turn latches and a durable finish. The enclosures are available in solid or window single-door and two-door landscape configurations, as well as flush-mount and sloped-top versions, offering versatility for various applications and mounting options. Two-door landscape models allow for full-width access and simplify panel installation. The construction includes 14, 16, or 18 gauge steel, with seams continuously welded and ground smooth. Key features include corner-formed doors and easy-to-remove hinge pins with a built-in captivation clip, high-torque threadless studs and fasteners on doors, and a minimum-width body flange that maximizes door opening to 210 degrees. The external formed body flange and panel mounting studs are compatible with optional Concept panels and other accessories, while mounting holes in the back of the body accommodate optional external wall-mount brackets. Additional attributes consist of hidden hinges, interchangeable doors easily removed using clip-style hinge pins, a seamless foam-in-place gasket, quarter-turn slotted latch(es), a door alignment device on doors wider than 30 inches, and four hinges for 60-inch-high enclosures. The enclosures feature a grounding stud on the body and a bonding provision on the door, except for window-door models. Provisions for a thermoplastic data pocket are available on the right-hand hinged door of two-door models. Each enclosure comes with a hardware kit that includes panel mounting nuts, grounding hardware, sealing washers, and an illustrated instruction sheet. Single-door enclosures utilize a three-point latch system when the height (A) is equal to or greater than 42 inches with a quarter-turn slotted latch, while window-door enclosures are equipped with a clear polycarbonate window that is flush with the door surface. The mounting frame on flush-mount enclosures extends completely around the enclosure, and two-door enclosures feature an overlapping door design that facilitates full-width access and a three-point latch system on the right-hand hinged door furnished with a flush slotted insert.
