The Hoffman CSD161610 Concept™ wall-mount enclosure is constructed from 16-gauge steel with a gray finish and measures 16.00 x 16.00 x 10.00 inches. This enclosure is ideal for machine control applications, offering streamlined styling, flush quarter-turn latches, and a durable finish. It features continuously welded seams that are ground smooth, corner-formed doors, and easy-to-remove hinge pins with built-in captivation clips. The enclosure allows for a maximum door opening of 210 degrees, with an external formed body flange and panel mounting studs compatible with optional Concept panels and accessories. It has simple mounting holes in the back for optional wall-mount brackets and hidden hinges that enable interchangeable door removal via clip-style hinge pins. Additionally, it includes a seamless foam-in-place gasket, a quarter-turn slotted latch, and a door alignment device for doors wider than 30 inches. The enclosure is equipped with four hinges on 60-inch-high models, a grounding stud on the body, bonding provisions on the door (excluding window-door models), and provisions for a thermoplastic data pocket on two-door models. The hardware kit includes panel mounting nuts, panel grounding hardware, and sealing washers. Single-door enclosures feature a three-point latch system for sizes equal to or greater than 42 inches, while window-door models come with a clear polycarbonate window that is flush with the door surface. The two-door enclosures offer overlapping door designs for full-width access and feature a three-point latch system on the right-hand hinged door.
