The Hoffman CSD242410 Concept™ wall-mount enclosure measures 24.00 x 24.00 x 10.00 inches and is constructed from durable gray steel, making it suitable for various machine control applications. This enclosure features a streamlined design, flush quarter-turn latches, and can be customized with solid or window single-door options as well as two-door landscape versions, offering application and mounting flexibility. The frame is made from 14, 16, or 18 gauge steel with continuously welded seams that are ground smooth. The enclosure boasts corner-formed doors with simple, easy-to-remove hinge pins that include a built-in captivation clip, high-torque threadless studs and fasteners on the door, and a minimum-width body flange that permits a 210-degree door opening. External formed body flanges, panel mounting studs for optional Concept panels, and mounting holes in the back of the body for optional external wall-mount brackets enhance functionality. Additional features include hidden hinges, interchangeable doors that can be removed using clip-style hinge pins, a seamless foam-in-place gasket, quarter-turn slotted latch(es), and a door alignment device on doors wider than 30 inches. Enclosures that are 60 inches high are equipped with four hinges, and there is a grounding stud on the body with a bonding provision on the door, except for window-door models. The hardware kit includes panel mounting nuts, panel grounding hardware, and sealing washers. Single-door enclosures have a three-point latch system when the height is 42 inches or greater, while the window-door versions showcase a clear polycarbonate window flush with the door surface. Finally, the mounting frame on flush-mount enclosures extends completely around the enclosure, and two-door designs feature an overlapping door for full-width access, with a three-point latch system on the right-hand hinged door.
