Concept™ enclosures are designed for machine control applications, featuring a sleek design with flush quarter-turn latches and a durable finish. The enclosures are available in solid or window single-door and two-door landscape configurations, as well as flush-mount and sloped-top options to allow for versatile application and mounting. The two-door landscape models provide full-width access and facilitate easy panel installation. Constructed from 14, 16, or 18 gauge steel, these enclosures have continuously welded and ground seams, corner-formed doors, and simple hinge pins that are easy to remove and install. They include high-torque threadless studs and fasteners, a minimum-width body flange for a maximum door opening of 210 degrees, and an external formed body flange. The enclosures feature hidden hinges, interchangeable doors that can be removed using clip-style hinge pins, a seamless foam-in-place gasket, and quarter-turn slotted latches. Additional attributes include door alignment devices for doors wider than 30 inches, four hinges on 60-inch-high enclosures, a grounding stud on the body along with a bonding provision on the door (except for window-door models), and provisions for a thermoplastic data pocket on the right-hand hinged door of two-door models. Each package contains a hardware kit with panel mounting nuts, panel grounding hardware, and sealing washers, as well as illustrated instructions. Single-door enclosures with a height of 42 inches or greater have a three-point latch system, while window-door enclosures feature a clear polycarbonate window flush with the door surface. The mounting frame on flush-mount enclosures extends fully around the enclosure, and two-door models are designed with an overlapping door design that ensures full-width access and includes a three-point latch system on the right-hand hinged door furnished with a flush slotted insert.
