Concept™ enclosures are designed for machine control applications, featuring streamlined styling, flush quarter-turn latches, and a durable finish. The enclosures are available in solid or window single-door and two-door landscape configurations, as well as flush-mount and sloped-top versions, offering flexibility in application and mounting. The two-door landscape models allow for full-width access and facilitate easy panel installation. They are constructed from 14, 16, or 18 gauge steel, and their seams are continuously welded and ground smooth. Key features include corner-formed doors, easy-to-remove hinge pins with a built-in captivation clip, high-torque threadless studs and fasteners on the door, and a minimum-width body flange that allows a maximum door opening of 210 degrees. Additional features consist of an external formed body flange, panel mounting studs compatible with optional Concept panels and other accessories, and mounting holes in the back for optional external wall-mount brackets. The enclosures also utilize hidden hinges, interchangeable doors that can be easily removed, a seamless foam-in-place gasket, and quarter-turn slotted latch(es). For doors wider than 30 inches, a door alignment device is provided, and four hinges are included on 60-inch-high enclosures. There is a grounding stud on the body and a bonding provision on the door (excluding window-door models), along with provisions for a thermoplastic data pocket on right-hand hinged doors of two-door models. The hardware kit includes panel mounting nuts, panel grounding hardware, and sealing washers. Single-door enclosures feature a three-point latch system for enclosures where A is equal to or greater than 42 inches, while window-door enclosures come with a clear polycarbonate window flush with the door surface. The mounting frame on flush-mount enclosures extends completely around the enclosure, and two-door enclosures incorporate an overlapping door design for full-width access, along with a three-point latch system on the right-hand hinged door. Each enclosures package includes an illustrated instruction sheet.
