The Hoffman CSD242412 Concept™ wall-mount enclosure measures 24.00 x 24.00 x 12.00 inches and is constructed from steel with a gray finish, making it suitable for machine control applications. This enclosure features robust attributes such as 14, 16, or 18 gauge steel construction with seams that are continuously welded and ground smooth, corner-formed doors, and simple hinge pins that are easy to remove and install, enhanced by a built-in captivation clip. Additionally, it includes high-torque threadless studs and fasteners on the door, a minimum-width body flange that allows for a maximum door opening of 210 degrees, and an external formed body flange. Panel mounting studs are compatible with optional Concept panels and accessories, and the body has mounting holes for optional external wall-mount brackets. The design features hidden hinges, interchangeable doors easily removed with clip-style hinge pins, seamless foam-in-place gaskets, and quarter-turn slotted latches. For enclosures wider than 30 inches, a door alignment device is included, while those with a height of 60 inches feature four hinges. A grounding stud is provided on the body, with a bonding provision on the door, except for window-door models.
