The Hoffman CSD16166 Concept™ wall-mount enclosure measures 16.00 x 16.00 x 6.00 inches and is constructed from durable gray steel. This enclosure is particularly suited for machine control applications, offering a streamlined design that includes flush quarter-turn latches. It features solid or window single-door and two-door options in landscape formats, along with flush-mount and sloped-top designs to accommodate various application and mounting needs. Noteworthy attributes include 14, 16, or 18 gauge steel construction, continuously welded seams that are ground smooth, corner-formed doors, and easily removable hinge pins with built-in captivation clips. The enclosure supports a maximum door opening of 210 degrees due to its minimum-width body flange and is fitted with hidden hinges for a clean appearance. There are panel mounting studs that accommodate optional Concept panels and numerous accessories, along with mounting holes in the back for optional external wall-mount brackets. Additional features include a seamless foam-in-place gasket, quarter-turn slotted latches, and a door alignment device for doors wider than 30 inches. The 60-inch-high enclosures are equipped with four hinges, while a grounding stud on the body and bonding provision on the door enhance safety (except for window-door models). Each hardware kit includes panel mounting nuts, panel grounding hardware, and sealing washers. The single-door enclosures feature a three-point latch system for those 42 inches or taller, while window-door models incorporate a clear polycarbonate window that is flush with the door surface. The mounting frame extends completely around flush-mount enclosures, and the two-door models provide full-width access with an overlapping door design and a three-point latch system on the right-hand hinged door.
