The Hoffman CSD202010 Concept™ wall-mount enclosure measures 20.00 inches x 20.00 inches x 10.00 inches and is constructed from durable gray steel, designed specifically for machine control applications. The enclosure features a streamlined aesthetic with flush quarter-turn latches and is available in various configurations, including solid or window single-door and two-door landscape, flush-mount, and sloped-top versions, enhancing application and mounting flexibility. Key technical specifications include the use of 14, 16, or 18 gauge steel, continuously welded and ground smooth seams, corner-formed doors, easy-to-remove hinge pins with built-in captivation clips, and high-torque threadless studs and fasteners on doors. The enclosure boasts a minimum-width body flange for maximum door opening (210 degrees), external formed body flange, interchangeable doors, a seamless foam-in-place gasket, and door alignment devices for wider doors. Additionally, it includes four hinges on 60-inch high enclosures, grounding stud on the body, provisions for thermoplastic data pocket, and a hardware kit with panel mounting nuts, grounding hardware, and sealing washers.
