The Hoffman CSD24208 Concept™ wall-mount enclosure is designed for machine control applications, featuring dimensions of 24.00x20.00x8.00 inches and constructed from 14, 16, or 18 gauge steel with a gray finish. The enclosure comes with options for solid or window single-door, as well as two-door landscape versions, offering flexibility in application and mounting. Key features include seams that are continuously welded and ground smooth, corner-formed doors, and easy-to-remove hinge pins equipped with built-in captivation clips. It boasts high-torque threadless studs and fasteners on the door, a minimum-width body flange for maximum door opening of 210 degrees, and an external formed body flange. The design incorporates hidden hinges, interchangeable doors that are easily removable, a seamless foam-in-place gasket, and quarter-turn slotted latches. Additionally, enclosures with a width greater than 30 inches feature a door alignment device, and four hinges are provided on 60-inch high enclosures. A grounding stud is present on the body, with a bonding provision on the door (excluding window-door models), and there are provisions for a thermoplastic data pocket in right-hand hinged doors on two-door models. The hardware kit includes panel mounting nuts, grounding hardware, and sealing washers. Single-door enclosures feature a three-point latch system when the height is 42 inches or greater, while window-door enclosures include a clear polycarbonate window that is flush with the door surface. The mounting frame on flush-mount enclosures extends completely around the structure, and two-door enclosures utilize an overlapping door design for full-width access, featuring a three-point latch system on the right-hand hinged door.
