The Hoffman CSD20166 Concept™ wall-mount enclosure measures 20.00x16.00x6.00 inches and is constructed from gray steel, making it ideal for machine control applications. It features streamlined styling, flush quarter-turn latches, and a durable finish. The enclosure is available in various configurations including solid or window single-door, as well as two-door landscape, flush-mount, and sloped-top versions, providing flexibility in application and mounting. Key attributes include construction options of 14, 16, or 18 gauge steel, continuously welded seams, corner-formed doors, easy-to-remove hinge pins with a built-in captivation clip, high-torque threadless studs and fasteners on the door, and a minimum-width body flange that allows for a 210-degree door opening. Additional specifications include external formed body flanges, panel mounting studs compatible with optional Concept panels and accessories, hidden hinges, and seamless foam-in-place gaskets. The enclosure also incorporates a quarter-turn slotted latch mechanism, door alignment devices for wider doors, multiple hinges for larger enclosures, and a grounding stud on the body with bonding provisions on the door (excluding window-door models). A hardware kit is included that consists of panel mounting nuts, grounding hardware, and sealing washers. The single-door variants feature a three-point latch system when the height is 42 inches or greater, while window-door models include a clear polycarbonate window flush with the door surface. The flush-mount enclosures have a mounting frame that fully surrounds the enclosure, and two-door models utilize an overlapping door design for full-width access, also featuring a three-point latch system on the right-hand hinged door.
