The Hoffman CSD241610 Concept™ wall-mount enclosure is designed for machine control applications and features dimensions of 24.00 x 16.00 x 10.00 inches, constructed from 14, 16, or 18 gauge steel in a gray finish. This enclosure offers a streamlined design with flush quarter-turn latches and is available in various configurations including solid or window single-door, two-door landscape, flush-mount, and sloped-top variants, allowing for application and mounting flexibility. The two-door landscape model provides full-width access for convenient panel installation. Key features include continuously welded seams, corner-formed doors, easy-to-remove hinge pins, high-torque threadless studs and fasteners on the door, and a maximum door opening of 210 degrees due to a minimum-width body flange. The enclosure is equipped with a seamless foam-in-place gasket, a quarter-turn slotted latch, and an alignment device for wider doors. Additionally, there are provisions for thermoplastic data pockets, a grounding stud on the body, and a bonding provision on the door (excluding window-door models). The hardware kit includes panel mounting nuts, grounding hardware, and sealing washers. The mounting frame on flush-mount enclosures extends completely around the enclosure, while two-door models feature an overlapping door design for full-width access and include a three-point latch system on the right-hand hinged door. The enclosure is compliant with various industry standards, ensuring durability and reliability.
