The Hoffman CSD20248LG Concept™ wall-mount enclosure measures 20.00 x 24.00 x 8.00 and is designed for machine control applications, featuring streamlined styling and an attractive, durable finish. This enclosure is made from 14, 16, or 18 gauge steel, with continuously welded seams that are ground smooth. It includes corner-formed doors with easy-to-remove hinge pins, high-torque threadless studs and fasteners on the door, and a minimum-width body flange that allows for a maximum door opening of 210 degrees. The enclosure offers external formed body flanges, panel mounting studs that fit optional Concept panels, mounting holes in the back for optional external wall-mount brackets, and hidden hinges. The doors are interchangeable and removable via clip-style hinge pins, and a seamless foam-in-place gasket ensures an airtight seal. The enclosure features quarter-turn slotted latch(es) and a door alignment device for doors wider than 30 inches. Additionally, the design includes four hinges on 60-inch-high enclosures, a grounding stud on the body, bonding provisions on the door (excluding window-door models), and provisions for a thermoplastic data pocket on the right-hand hinged door of two-door models. The hardware kit consists of panel mounting nuts, grounding hardware, and sealing washers. Single-door enclosures have a three-point latch system when the height is equal to or greater than 42 inches, while window-door enclosures feature a clear polycarbonate window flush with the door surface. The flush-mount enclosures’ mounting frame extends completely around the enclosure, and the two-door enclosures have an overlapping door design that provides full-width access, equipped with a three-point latch system on the right-hand hinged door.
