The Hoffman A727224ULP is a 2-door Type 12 enclosure designed with floor stands, measuring 72.06 x 72.06 x 24.06 inches and constructed from steel with a painted finish. This enclosure features gasketed, overlapping doors that protect against environmental elements and is equipped with floor stands that provide additional height and facilitate cleaning underneath the unit. The design includes continuously welded seams that are ground smooth, eliminating holes or knockouts, and a 3-point latch mechanism operated by an oil-tight key-lock handle. It has latch rod rollers for easy door closing, concealed hinges that are easy to remove, and a data pocket made of high-impact thermoplastic. The enclosure comes with 12-inch welded floor stands, heavy-duty lifting eyes, panel supports, an oil-resistant gasket, collar studs for mounting optional panels, bonding provisions on the door, and a provision for mounting a fluorescent light.
