The Red Rack™ mobile units measure 76" long x 40" deep x 79" tall, with each individual section being 20" wide. Each unit includes two levels of open wire, red powder coated shelving, and is equipped with four 5" phenolic swivel casters, two of which have foot-operated brakes. A hanging pole runs the length of the unit beneath the top shelf, and full-length grid dividers separate individual sections. Each section comes with two hanging hooks designed for bunker pants and one label holder. Additionally, the unit features a security option including a top security shelf and a lockable door. Designed to meet the rugged demands of the fire service, the Red Rack™ features a tubular steel construction that is recognized as the strongest configuration available and does not require a rear grid. Its maximum air circulation promotes faster drying and prolongs gear lifespan, while the open back design facilitates easy access to building code-approved electrical outlets. The design minimizes installation difficulties by not obstructing switches or outlets and allows for maintenance-friendly access, enabling cleaning and painting of walls without the need to remove the rack.
