The Scimatco Stak-A-Cab™ combo acid/flammable cabinet is designed to store 10x2.5 liter corrosive substances and 10x1 gallon flammable materials, with dimensions of 47"W x 18"D x 18"H. Constructed from 1" multi-ply exterior-grade plywood, this cabinet combines the safety features of both acid and flammable storage solutions, functioning as two separate cabinets in one. It is designed for stacking or can be used as a stand-alone unit on a laboratory bench, featuring a cabinet floor with a 2" liquid-tight trough. The cabinet includes an internal metal lock on the flammable side and a plastic hasp and padlock on the corrosive side. Compliance with all applicable NFPA and OSHA standards ensures safety, and the self-closing door models are constructed to meet and exceed all Uniform Fire Code standards specifically for the flammable door. Notably, self-closing doors are mandated for flammable cabinets in specific states including AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, MT, NV, NM, OR, UT, WA, and WY, so it is advisable to verify local regulations before ordering.
