All poly feed bunks are roto-molded with extra thick, FDA-approved, food-grade polyethylene that is easy to clean and corrosion-free, featuring ribbed, double-wall construction. The design includes deep, rounded feed troughs and drain openings that help prevent spoilage of feed, and the bunks have been tested to withstand temperatures as low as -20°F. Additionally, the pluggable drain openings allow these bunks to be utilized as water troughs. They are so durable that they come with a two-year warranty against livestock damage, although this limited warranty is restricted to farming applications only.
