The Hallowell UELBP1818-3A-PL laptop/backpack locker is designed for secure storage of backpacks and laptops, featuring dimensions of 18x21x24 inches and a 3-tier, 1-wide assembly in light gray. Constructed from heavy gauge steel, it includes wire concealing channels and outlet knockouts to facilitate conversion into charging stations for electronic devices. Each locker is equipped with a hat shelf for storing or charging laptops separately from the main compartment and is secured by a DigiTech electronic lock, initially set in day use mode for multi-user applications but programmable for permanent use. The locker features a body construction made from 16 gauge cold rolled sheet steel with diamond perforated sides, a 14 gauge solid sheet door, and a 16 gauge continuous piano hinge. It includes side ventilation for maximum airflow, ensuring efficient cooling while maintaining security, and is finished with a light gray powder coat. Additional features include one fixed hat shelf per opening and built-in channels for concealed aftermarket wiring to allow for easy conversion to charging stations, with punch outs for electrical outlets in each opening.
