Ideal for the secure storage of backpacks and laptops, this locker is constructed of heavy gauge steel and is prepared for electrical wiring with wire concealing channels and outlet knockouts, enabling conversion into charging stations for electrical devices and laptops. Each locker features a DigiTech electronic lock that arrives in day use mode for multi-user applications and can be programmed for permanent use for assigned lockers. Lockers include a hat shelf for storing/charging a laptop separately from the main storage compartment. Designed for use in environments such as schools, dormitories, offices, and recreation centers, these lockers include one shelf per opening, with side ventilation for maximum airflow while maintaining security. The body is constructed from 16 gauge cold rolled sheet steel with diamond perforated sides, and the door is made from 14 gauge solid sheet steel. The locker is equipped with a 16 gauge continuous piano hinge and a Hallowell DigiTech™ electronic code access lock that also serves as a handle. Each locker has a built-in channel for concealed aftermarket wiring that can convert lockers to charging stations, complete with punch outs for electrical outlets in each opening. The product is made in the USA and features a light gray powder coat finish.
