The JET PT Series heavy-duty manual trolley is designed to support a capacity of 2200 lbs and is available in capacities ranging from 1/2 ton to 10 tons. Constructed from heavy gauge welded steel with a powder coat finish, it offers maximum durability and protection. The trolley features hardened large steel wheels paired with thicker double-sealed lubricated ball bearings for smooth movement on various beams. Safety is enhanced with built-in bumper guards on the side plates, which also extend the trolley's lifespan. It is easily adjustable to accommodate wide-flange H-beams, standard I-beams, or curved tracks with the inclusion of spacer washers. This manual trolley complies with OSHA regulations and meets ANSI/ASME B30.11 and B30.17 standards. Furthermore, it is load tested to 125% of its capacity, with a certification provided.
