The JET® L-100 series hand chain hoist integrates safety, durability, and innovation, enabling it to operate in the most demanding industrial environments. This hoist features a patented fused brake design that enhances safety and comes with an industry-leading lifetime replacement warranty. Optional overload protection utilizes a slip clutch design to prevent lifting or pulling damaging loads, while the Weston style dual pawl brake system provides a double pawl design for added safety. The industrial-rated alloy steel hooks rotate 360 degrees for easy rigging and slowly stretch to indicate an overload situation, increasing jobsite safety. For durability, the hoist incorporates a sealed ball bearing design that promotes smooth operation and efficiency. Heavy-duty cast steel safety latches are secured with Allen screws and lock nuts for increased durability, and heat treated load plates are case hardened and coated for corrosion resistance, extending the hoist's life in harsh environments. The corrosive-resistant grade 100 load chain is stronger than grade 80 and contributes to the hoist's overall robustness. The JET® L-100 is available in capacities from 1/4 ton to 20 tons, with standard lifts of 10, 15, 20, and 30 feet, and custom lifts are available.
