The Pallet Track Kit with 2 Gravity Roller Lanes is designed for efficient handling of fast-moving SKUs directly from the pallet, with dimensions of 96" long and 50" overall width. The kit includes front ramp stops, fixed angle rear end stops, and mid and rear floor supports, creating a "first-in-first-out" (FIFO) storage system where products are loaded from the rear and removed from the front. It can be floor mounted or supported by pallet rack beams, enhancing storage density and efficiency while reducing fork truck operations, labor costs, and potential damage. This environmentally friendly system consumes no energy. The roller track effectively handles single face pallets (without bottom boards, featuring 2 or 3 bottom stringers), Euro style pallets with bottom boards parallel to flow, or plastic pallets with feet, accommodating heavier loads due to the high load capacity per roller and greater contact area. The track configuration supports 2 or 3 tracks per pallet position, with 2-deep pallet storage lanes that include full-width ramp stops at the discharge end for controlled stopping of pallets. Additional options comprise floor supports, special end treatments for attaching to rack beams, and custom track lengths.
