The pallet track kit features three staggered skate wheel lanes, designed for fast-moving SKUs picked directly from the pallet, measuring 96 inches in length and 38 inches in overall width. The track includes front ramp stops, fixed angle rear end stops, and mid and rear floor supports, facilitating a "first-in-first-out" (FIFO) storage system where products are loaded from the rear and removed from the front. It can be mounted on the floor or supported by pallet rack beams, leading to increased storage density and efficiency while reducing fork truck operations, labor costs, and damage. The environmentally friendly design consumes no energy. The staggered wheel type flow rail is compatible with "wrong way" GMA style wooden pallets, accommodating bottom boards perpendicular to the flow. The rails can be configured in 2, 3, or 4 track arrangements, and the 2-deep pallet storage lanes come with full-width ramp stops at the discharge end for controlled pallet stops. Available options include anti-backup stops and floor mount supports, with custom lengths upon request.
