Plastic VICS top hangers measure 15 inches and come in white with a chrome swivel hook, specifically designed for young men's and junior/miss garments. They feature molded non-slip shoulders to securely hold onto slippery or wide-necked garments, as well as notches to accommodate garments with straps.
