The Oz Lifting Lever Hoist with Standard Overload Protection has a capacity of 1-1/2 tons and provides a 10-foot lift. This premium lever hoist is available in various capacities ranging from 0.75 ton to 9 ton, with standard lifts of 5, 10, 15, and 20 feet readily in stock. Each hoist is custom rigged and tested in the U.S.A. The standard overload protection feature is factory set and integral to the hoist, preventing overload by disabling operation when activated. These hoists require 20% to 35% less lifting effort compared to competitors, making them ideal for frequent lifting and pulling applications. The fully enclosed gearing protects against contamination, while all-steel construction ensures durability and a long service life. Each hoist features forged alloy steel hooks with cast steel safety latches that employ a bolt and lock nut connection for easy field replacement. The free wheel feature allows for quick chain adjustments when not under load, and the machined lift wheel ensures smooth operation. Additionally, the hand and load chain are electro zinc plated for a durable, non-oily finish, and the pull handle includes a safety chain stop for quick adjustments.
