This premium lever hoist ranges from 0.75 ton through 9 ton capacities, offering standard lifts of 5, 10, 15, and 20 feet, all of which are in stock and can be custom rigged and tested in the U.S.A. The hoist features standard overload protection that is factory set and integral to the hoist, preventing operation when overloaded; if activated, users should lower or release the load and consider a higher capacity hoist or consult a lifting specialist. It requires 20% to 35% less effort than competing hoists, making it ideal for frequent lifting and pulling applications. The fully enclosed gearing protects gears from contamination and debris. Constructed entirely of steel, the hoist is strong, durable, and rugged for long and dependable service. It uses forged alloy steel hooks with cast steel safety latches that have a bolt and lock nut connection for easy latch replacement in the field, as opposed to roller pins typically used by competitors. A free wheel feature allows the operator to disengage gearing by positioning the selection switch to the center when not under load, enabling quick chain adjustment for faster operation. The machined lift wheel accepts the chain perfectly, ensuring smooth, long-lasting operation. Both the hand chain and load chain are electro zinc plated to provide a durable non-oily finish.
