The OZ lifting lever hoist with standard overload protection features a 6 ton capacity and a 5 ft lift. This premium lever hoist is available in capacities ranging from 0.75 ton to 9 ton, with standard lifts of 5, 10, 15, and 20 ft, all stocked. The hoists are custom rigged and tested in the U.S.A. and include standard factory-set overload protection integral to the hoist, preventing operation during overload conditions to ensure safety. These hoists require 20% to 35% less effort than competing models, making them ideal for frequent lifting or pulling applications. The fully enclosed gearing protects internal parts from contamination and debris, while the all-steel construction ensures strength, durability, and ruggedness for a long service life. The forged alloy steel hooks with cast steel safety latches feature a bolt and lock nut connection rather than roller pins, allowing easy field latch replacement. The free wheel feature allows disengagement of the gearing when not under load by positioning the selection switch to the center, enabling quick chain adjustment. The machined lift wheel is designed for smooth operation and long wear, and the hand and load chains are electro zinc plated to provide a durable, non-oily finish. A pull handle and safety chain stop are included for quick disengagement when not under load.
