This premium lever hoist is available in capacities ranging from 0.75 ton to 9 ton, with standard lift options of 5, 10, 15, and 20 feet, all of which are in stock and can be custom rigged to meet specific needs, rigged and tested in the U.S.A. Key features include standard overload protection that is factory set and integral to the hoist, preventing overload operation when activated. The hoist minimizes load lifting effort, requiring 20% to 35% less effort than competitors, making it ideal for frequent lifting or pulling applications. It boasts fully enclosed gearing for protection against contamination, all steel construction for durability, and forged alloy steel hooks with cast steel safety latches for added safety, featuring a bolt and lock nut connection. The free wheel feature allows the operator to disengage gearing when not under load for quick chain adjustments. Additionally, the machined lift wheel ensures smooth operation, while the electro zinc plated hand and load chain provides a durable, non-oily finish. The pull handle with a safety chain stop allows for quick disengagement when not under load.
