The Oz Lifting Manual Chain Hoist comes with standard overload protection and has a 5 ton capacity with a 10' lift. This premium chain hoist is available in sizes ranging from 0.5 ton to 30 ton, with a 50 ton option available through special order. With standard lifts of 10 and 20 ft, all standard lifts are kept in stock but can also be custom rigged to meet specific needs in the U.S.A. The hoist features standard overload protection that prevents overloading and a unique hand wheel design that allows the hand chain to feed into the wheel sprocket from various angles. It offers minimal load lifting effort, requiring 20% - 35% less effort than competitors, and has fully enclosed gearing for protection against contamination. With all steel construction, forged alloy steel hooks, cast steel safety latches, and a thrust bearing on the lower hook, this hoist is strong, durable, and rugged. Moreover, the hand and load chain are electro zinc plated for increased durability.
