The OZ Lifting 3/16" stainless steel cable assembly for the Compozite Davit Crane includes an 80' full drum 3/16" wire rope with a swivel hook featuring a latch and ball end fitting. The Compozite Davit Crane has an 800 lbs capacity and features a boom and mast made from advanced composite material, which is approximately 40% lighter than steel and corrosion resistant. Metal components are Mil-Spec zinc plated, and the crane includes an external handle to assist in rotating the crane under load, a 4-position boom, and a ratchet screw jack that adjusts the boom under load for infinite lift range. It offers 360-degree rotation on a sleeve bearing, requires no tools for installation, and comes standard with a DIN-rated hand winch equipped with a load holding weatherproof Weston brake. The hand winch accepts two cable termination points: swaged ball fitting or bare end cable. A quick connect winch handle with a power drill adapter is included. Pedestal or socket bases, which come with a mounting template, are sold separately. The crane features smart latch technology at the boom/mast connection and can be disassembled in seconds without tools, permitting easy transport and versatile use. The system is designed for one-person quick assembly and disassembly, enhancing portability compared to all-metal davit cranes which typically weigh around 150 lbs.
