The Bosch® HB231 BIM hole saw has a diameter of 2-5/16" and a cutting depth of 1-5/8", constructed from bi-metal (BIM) for durability. The kit includes a quick change adapter, model AN02, and is compatible with mandrels HSBAL, HSBAM, HSBAMP, PCM38, PCM12, and PCMSDSPL. It features the Progressor™ tooth design that cuts faster and lasts longer in both wood and metal applications. The hole saw has a reinforced shoulder for added strength and extended life, is made with 8% cobalt alloy to enhance durability and heat resistance, and works with standard mandrels as well as Quick Change™ mandrels, the latter requiring adapters.
