The Bosch® BL2735 aircraft drill bits are designed for enhanced performance with a diameter of 1/8" and a black oxide finish. This kit includes extra-length drill bits featuring a speed helix design that allows for three times faster drilling compared to standard bits. These drill bits are engineered to last 50% longer than traditional high-speed steel bits, providing easier drilling with reduced heat and an extended lifespan. The drill bits are available in various lengths, including jobber length, stubby length, and extended length (aircraft), as well as a 1/2 in. reduced shank (Silver and Deming). They are suitable for use in a wide range of materials such as steel, copper, aluminum, brass, oak, maple, MDF, pine, PVC, polycarbonate, acrylic, ABS, nylon, and composite materials.
