Diamond Brite Paint Oil Enamel, Tile Brown, 5 Gallon Pail, 1/Case - 31400-5 is a professional quality, high-hide, mildew resistant alkyd finish with excellent stain removal. It is a durable gloss enamel designed for interior and exterior surfaces, offering protection against repeated abrasion, rust, and various household chemicals. Suitable for industrial, machinery, or commercial applications, this paint dries extremely hard to withstand high traffic and frequent use. It can be applied on properly prepared surfaces including wood, drywall, plaster, masonry, metal, well-bonded wallpaper, brick, stucco, aluminum, and cinder block. The product has a dry time of 6-8 hours and a recoat time of 24 hours, covering approximately 300 square feet per gallon.
