Oatey 31229 Great White Pipe Joint Compound with PTFE is a 1 oz. lubricant that seals all threaded joints. This white, non-hardening, non-separating, and non-toxic paste withstands up to 3,000 psi on gases ranging from -50 to +400°F, and up to 10,000 psi on liquids from -50 to +500°F. It is suitable for use with water, steam, caustics, or dilute acid lines and can be applied to both plastic and metal threads.
