The kit includes a high-visibility rain jacket that meets ANSI 107 Class 3 standards, featuring 2-inch reflective tapes strategically placed around the torso, sleeves, and across the shoulders for enhanced visibility. Constructed from waterproof fluorescent lime-green 300D polyester oxford, the jacket reverses to a black 300D oxford lining and includes waterproof taped seams, double-layer reversible storm flaps, and snap closures for maximum protection against the elements. The adjustable cuffs are equipped with Velcro® brand straps for a secure fit, and there are two slash pass-through slits with Velcro® brand closures on the side seams for added convenience. Additional features include an ID badge and microphone tab on the left chest, a cell phone pocket on the right chest, and a detachable reversible hood.
