Oatey thermoplastic Canadian color flashings are designed for use in both commercial and residential applications to provide a watertight seal around plumbing vent pipe roof penetrations. Available in colors black, brown, grey, and weatherwood, the roof flashing slides over the vent pipe and accommodates pitch up to 45 degrees. The product features a non-fading, non-cracking rigid thermoplastic base and a non-fading sealing collar. It is approved for Type B installations and is not suitable for hot-mopped or built-up roofs.
