The kit includes a non-fading, non-cracking, rigid black thermoplastic base with a self-sealing collar that slides over the pipe without requiring caulking. It is important to note that petroleum-based products or paint should not be used on the flashing collar or plastic base, and the product is not suitable for hot-mopped or built-up roofs. The plastic base is designed for roof pitches ranging from 0-45° or up to a 12/12 slope. It is rated for continuous heat up to 180°F and is approved for Type B installations.
