The kit includes a non-fading, non-cracking, rigid black thermoplastic base designed for roofing applications. It features a self-sealing collar that slides over the pipe and requires no caulking, ensuring ease of installation. This product is not intended for use with petroleum-based products or paint on the flashing collar or plastic base and is not suitable for hot-mopped or built-up roofs. The plastic base accommodates pitches from 0-45° or up to a 12/12 roof, is rated for continuous heat up to 180°F, and is approved for type B installations.
