This kit includes a 100% flexible, foldable plastic base with a self-sealing collar that easily slides over the pipe and requires no caulking for installation. The product is designed for use on roofs with a pitch from 0-45° or up to a 12/12 roof and is not intended for hot-mopped or built-up roofs. It is rated for continuous heat up to 180°F and is approved for Type B installations. Users should avoid using petroleum-based products or paint on the flashing collar or the plastic base.
