Oatey thermoplastic Canadian color flashings are designed for both commercial and residential applications where a watertight seal is necessary for roof penetrations around plumbing vent pipes. The available colors include black, brown, grey, and Weatherwood. The roof flashing is capable of sliding over vent pipes with a pitch of up to 45 degrees and features a non-fading, non-cracking rigid thermoplastic base along with a non-fading sealing collar. These products are approved for Type B installations and are not suitable for hot-mopped or built-up roofs.
