This high-performance water repellant coating provides superior adhesion to a variety of surfaces, including wood, concrete, brick, block, stone, mortar, grout, ceramics, and composites. The transparent coating applies milky white and dries clear, delivering immediate and long-lasting results that improve with weathering. Sure Seal -S serves as a protectant against salt, oil, grease, freezing, and water damage, penetrating to fill voids in treated surfaces and chemically bonding deep within the masonry substrate, ensuring long-lasting protection against water-related staining or deterioration without altering the appearance of the material. This product features a VOC of <100 g/L and comes in a ready-to-use formula.
