The 4-post open frame racks offer a combination of secure mounting and easy accessibility, making them ideal for communication data center and telecommunication room applications. These racks support deeper and heavier network equipment and can be ganged with standard 2-post or other 4-post racks to expand existing systems. The tapped-hole model features uprights constructed from lightweight extruded aluminum (6063-T6 alloy) with RU markings on both the front and back, while the square-hole model is constructed from 12 gauge steel. Additionally, the top and bottom angles are made from extruded aluminum (6063-T6 alloy).
