The kit includes a super case designed for rugged use, made from lightweight molded polyethylene construction with a traditional girder-rib design. It features recessed handles and latches, an aluminum tongue-and-grove frame with a gasket, and a continuous hinge, all complemented by corrosion-resistant hardware. The interior is filled with layers of 2-inch foam, and a foam cutting knife is included for customization. A pad eye loop allows for the use of a combination or keypad lock. Customized sizes and interiors are available in quantity upon request. The inside dimensions are 25 inches in length, 19 inches in width, and 13-3/4 inches in height, while the outer dimensions measure 27 inches in width, 21 inches in depth, and 15-3/4 inches in height.
