The Hoffman AFK1212SS floor stand kit measures 12x12.06 inches and features the largest-sized QLINE™ enclosure, providing easy access and protection for larger controls in corrosive environments. It offers various options including screw covers, hinges, internal mounting, variable depth, and quick-release latches to fulfill design and security requirements. The kit is composed of impact-resistant polycarbonate for the PCI series and ABS for the ABI series, with opaque and clear covers also made from impact-resistant polycarbonate and ABS, respectively. Both materials are easily punched, drilled, filed, or sawed, while mounting holes are molded directly under the cover screws. The enclosures include molded internal pads for mounting optional panels, rails, and components, as well as molded internal rails for adjustable-depth panel kits. Screws are provided for mounting optional panels, and optional extension rings are made from molded polycarbonate. Each cover incorporates a molded-in hole for wire leads, and a seamless foam-in-place gasket ensures a water-tight and dust-tight seal. Furthermore, the material used is halogen-free.
