The enclosure kit is specifically designed to accommodate either 30.5-mm or 22.5-mm oil-tight pushbuttons, switches, and pilot lights, offering robust protection against dirt, dust, oil, and water. It features 14 gauge bodies and 16 gauge covers, constructed with Type 304 or Type 316 stainless steel seams that are continuously welded and ground smooth. The captivated cover screws thread into sealed wells, ensuring a secure fit. Additionally, the enclosure includes a bonding provision on the door and a grounding nut on the body. The 4-way pushbutton holes are compatible with all brands of oil-tight pushbuttons, switches, and pilot lights. For enclosures with multiple columns of pushbutton holes, an internal detachable hinge is provided to hold the cover open during wiring while allowing for immediate removal. An oil-resistant gasket further enhances the durability of the enclosure.
